DESCRIPTION

We're looking for Marketing Operations Coordinators to join a team supporting Direct Mail and Digital Marketing campaigns for U.S.-based clients. We welcome candidates with experience in campaign coordination, data, reporting, or QA — depending on your background, you could be a fit for one of these tracks:

? Data & Audiences

Preparing campaign data, audience segmentation and selection using SQL and CRM tools, data quality control, and maintaining accurate campaign records.

? Campaign Coordination & QA

End-to-end campaign management in COMS, reviewing creative assets before production, building performance reports in Excel, documentation and process tracking, and invoice review.

? Digital Marketing

Coordinating digital campaigns (email, landing pages, forms) from intake through deployment, managing timelines in Workfront/Asana/Jira, UTM tracking, and operational documentation.





Requirements (apply to any of the tracks above)
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Coordination, Marketing Data/CRM Operations, or similar roles.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Advanced English (required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Availability to work aligned with Central Time (CT), USA.
- Nice to have: SQL/CRM experience, project management tools (Workfront, Asana, Jira, Monday.com), or experience reviewing creative materials/QA.

100% remote. U.S.-based client.
