We are seeking an experienced
Infrastructure & DevOps Team Lead
to lead our infrastructure and DevOps operations. This role is central to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud and technology environment — with strong hands-on expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), Infrastructure as Code, Linux and Windows administration, and CI/CD and monitoring practices, and proven leadership coordinating technical teams in dynamic, high-demand environments.

The adecuado candidate is a technically strong and hands-on IT professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or SRE, including at least one year coordinating people, projects, incidents, or on-call rotations. You bring deep expertise in cloud technologies, infrastructure as code, containerization, and reliability practices, complemented by strong technical leadership and mentoring capabilities. You excel at collaborating across teams, managing vendor relationships, and driving operational efficiency while remaining hands-on and close to the technology.

Responsibilities:




- Lead technical implementation and troubleshooting across infrastructure, support, and cloud environments.
- Oversee IT support and infrastructure operations, analyzing current systems and assets to identify upgrade and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate and support a team of approximately four people, prioritizing and distributing work, developing team members, and acting as a technical reference and mentor.
- Ensure information security compliance across infrastructure, systems, and operational practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to IT support policies.
- Own incident management, observability, and reliability practices, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution of production issues.
- Plan and align infrastructure decisions with broader technical and security requirements.
