Arsy Consulting is looking for an ambitious and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to help grow our international client base.

We support manufacturing companies in improving
production efficiency, operational performance, productivity, profitability, and overall business results
.

Your Role

As Business Development Manager, your main responsibility is to identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities with manufacturing companies.

You will:
- Identify and research potential manufacturing clients.
- Find and approach key decision-makers such as CEOs, COOs, Operations Directors, Plant Managers, and Manufacturing Directors.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, and direct outreach.
- Introduce Arsy Consulting and clearly communicate the value of our consulting services.
- Build relationships with potential clients.
- Schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers.




- Conduct initial conversations and identify operational challenges and business opportunities.
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects.
- Work directly with the Founder/Managing Director on commercial strategy.
- Help convert opportunities into long-term consulting partnerships.
- Support Arsy Consulting's international expansion.

Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in
B2B Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
.
- Experience selling professional services, consulting, manufacturing solutions, or other B2B services is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of the
manufacturing industry
is a major advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English — minimum C1 level.
- Confident communicating with senior-level decision-makers.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and outb
