The Customer Success Talent Partner will be embedded alongside our partner and their internal Talent Acquisition team, supporting
high volume Customer Success hiring across LATAM
.
You will develop a strong understanding of the business, organisational structure and hiring priorities, partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver effective recruitment strategies and attract high quality Customer Success talent across the region.
This is a fast-paced, high volume environment where you'll manage multiple vacancies at pace while maintaining a strong candidate and stakeholder experience. You'll need to be comfortable working across different LATAM markets, understanding local talent pools and adapting your approach depending on the market and hiring requirements.
Internally at Elements, you will contribute to the continued success of the team through collaboration, knowledge sharing and mentoring. You'll also have the opportunity to get involved in internal initiatives that help shape our culture,

Role Responsibilities
- Partner with key stakeholders across LATAM to understand their Customer Success hiring requirements and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage
high-volume Customer Success recruitment
, balancing multiple roles and priorities while maintaining quality throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers.
- Deliver the end to end hiring process, including briefing sessions, sourcing, screening, longlisting and shortlisting, candidate briefings, interview coordination, feedback and offer management.
- Source and engage high calibre, passive Customer Success talent across LATAM through LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
