DESCRIPTION

We're looking for Production Coordinators to join a team focused on Direct Mail, making sure every campaign goes out error-free and on time. We welcome candidates with experience in proofing, production review, or workflow coordination — depending on your background, you could be a fit for one of these tracks:

? Proofing & Accuracy Review

General proofing of copy and art (spelling, punctuation, grammar, brand standards, fact-checking, print specifications), matching printed layouts and mockups against approved strategy, reviewing personalization proofs against approved art and data files, and comparing insertion samples against approved mockups and internal data systems.

? Workflow Coordination

Creating and managing projects and tasks for the review team, processing incoming workloads (internal and vendor), monthly campaign reporting, tracking milestones and proactively communicating risks or delays, and coordinating with Production leadership to prioritize work and schedules.

Requirements (apply to any of the tracks above)




- Associate degree or equivalent experience in editing/proofreading, Direct Mail, marketing, or project management.
- Advanced English, C1 level (required) — clear, professional, and proactive communication with internal and external U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail, including sustained focus on repetitive review tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven remote environment.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work Central Time (CT), USA — typically Monday through Friday, with possible additional hours during peak campaign periods.
- Nice to have: experience with Workfront, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, or project management tools (Asana, MS Project, Basecamp), and prior experience with nonprofit organizations or direct response marketing agencies.

100% remote. U.S.-based client.
