Sales Manager – Remote | Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring an experienced Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive predictable revenue growth.

You’ll own team performance, coaching, pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution , ensuring representatives consistently hit their targets and opportunities move effectively through the funnel.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and coach SDRs, BDRs, and/or Account Executives
- Establish individual and team KPIs
- Conduct pipeline, performance, and deal reviews
- Monitor activity, conversion, pipeline, and revenue metrics
- Coach reps on discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing
- Develop and improve sales playbooks and processes
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
- Partner with leadership on forecasting and growth strategy
- Support recruiting, onboarding, and ramping new sales representatives

Requirements

- 5+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven experience managing quota-carrying sales teams




- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Data-driven approach to sales performance
- Strong coaching and people-development skills
- Excellent leadership and communication
- Comfortable operating in a KPI and revenue-driven environment
