What you’ll do:
- Lead end-to-end discovery and blueprinting for complex patient support programs (enrollment, case management, benefit verification, nurse triage, AI-enabled tools)
- Own the functional design of core Health Cloud components,



ensuring alignment of Salesforce capabilities with business objectives
- Collaborate with solution architects to define data models, integrations, and system boundaries
- Serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and delivery teams; facilitate executive-level workshops to define KPIs, governance frameworks, and future-state operating models
- Act as the main escalation point for delivery and client issues, driving resolution through structured problem-solving and stakeholder alignment
- Apply negotiation and influence skills to align on scope, timelines, resource allocation, and competing priorities without impacting delivery outcomes
