Contractor Agreement
Base Salary: USD $2,000/month + Performance Incentives
We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our marketing function and build a scalable, performance-focused strategy across multiple businesses.
This is a high-ownership role for someone comfortable working independently, managing budgets, testing different channels, and being accountable for measurable results. The primary goal is simple: generate qualified leads, improve conversion, and create sustainable growth.
You will have significant autonomy to determine where and how marketing resources are allocated, with the freedom to test, optimize, and scale the channels that produce the strongest results.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop the overall marketing strategy across multiple brands and businesses
- Rebuild and structure the marketing function, including processes, tools, campaigns, and reporting
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies across paid advertising, outbound marketing, email,



and other relevant channels
- Own the marketing budget and determine how resources should be allocated based on performance
- Launch, test, analyze, and optimize campaigns to consistently improve lead generation and conversion
- Track key performance indicators and provide clear reporting on marketing performance and ROI
- Identify new opportunities for growth and experiment with new channels and strategies
- Work closely with leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Take full ownership of marketing performance and continuously look for ways to improve results

Requirements
- Advanced English proficiency is required
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a similar role
- Proven track record of generating qualified leads and delivering measurable marketing results
- Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation
