We operate a dedicated legal entity in Argentina and are growing fast. This is a foundational hire for our Argentine operations.

The role

You will serve as the on-the-ground owner of Outpost's Argentine entity, responsible for keeping it compliant, financially healthy, and operationally sharp. This hands-on position spans accounting, tax compliance, day-to-day operations, and the local commercial side of our business: you will be the person in the room in Buenos Aires running how we sell, price, and serve transactions in Argentina. You'll collaborate closely with global ops,



finance and commercial teams, plus external advisors including Argentine legal counsel.

What you'll do

Finance & Tax Compliance
- Own local statutory accounting, bookkeeping, month-end and filings, including inflation adjustment
- Manage ARCA electronic invoicing and monthly VAT returns, plus provincial Turnover Tax (IIBB) filings under Convenio Multilateral
- Manage relationships with local advisors, tax advisors and external auditors
- Monitor ARCA and BCRA regulatory updates and flag implications for Outpost and merchants
- Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany compliance with the global finance team

Operations
- Oversee merchant onboarding processes for Argentine transactions, coordinating with global ops
- Own the local customer relationship for Argentine transactions, working with the general commercial team
