The CGO will collaborate closely with regional and general leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and regional guidelines. This role requires a deep understanding of the LATAM market, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in business development and revenue generation.Requirements: 15+ years of experience in Media Advertising leadingbusiness development, marketing, data analytics, and digital growth, with proven success in professional services.

Key Responsibilities





Organic Growth:
- Strategy Development & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive organic growth strategies, including market penetration, product development, and service expansion, tailored to the specific needs of the LATAM market.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth within those accounts.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and unmet client needs. Use this information to inform growth strategies and identify new market opportunities.
