Southwest Care Center is currently seeking an experienced full-time Healthcare Controller. This position supports all SCC locations in Santa Fe and Albuquerque; therefore, candidate must reside in the local market area of Albuquerque or Santa Fe, New Mexico and able to travel between the two cities as needed.

the Behavioral Health Counseling Clinician Manager is a working clinical leader responsible for the day-to-day clinical and administrative management of Southwest Care Center's Behavioral Health Counseling Department. The Manager leads the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based counseling and psychotherapy services within SCC's integrated primary care model while maintaining a regular client-facing counseling schedule.
This role balances direct counseling services with leadership responsibilities including clinical consultation and supervision of counseling staff, staff development, client access and workflow management, quality improvement, documentation and regulatory compliance, and collaboration with primary care and other interdisciplinary teams. The Manager supports timely access to behavioral health counseling within the primary care setting, strengthens integration of counseling services with the client's overall healthcare, and ensures counseling practices
