What would your day-to-day look like?
1. You will lead, alongside our technology’s intelligence, the pre-selection and selection of profiles that match the requests we have in production.
2. You will manage and assist our Data and AI structure in creating new data points and keeping our core data up to date.
3. You will make agile and efficient decisions in the sourcing process we have designed with technology, considering the requirements and criteria set by our clients.
4. You will work with our Operations Manager to define new sourcing strategies and methodologies for our algorithms.
