Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, freight forwarding, or operations.
- Experience with warehousing, LTL/FTL, parcel, ocean freight, or international logistics (U.S. logistics experience preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace.
- Strong ownership mindset, organizational skills, analytical ability, and close attention to detail.
- Active interest in artificial intelligence, process automation, continuous improvement, and customer success.

We manage transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment, distribution, and ocean freight operations by leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and automation to deliver scalable, customer-focused supply chain solutions.

Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations & Logistics Coordinator to manage transportation, warehousing, ocean freight operations, CRM, customer service, and billing while building scalable systems to support our growth. This is not a traditional logistics coordination role; the adecuado candidate takes full ownership, improves processes, and actively embraces technology to solve operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage LTL, FTL, parcel, temperature-controlled, international,



and ocean freight shipments from quoting through billing.
- Coordinate pickups, deliveries, warehouse operations, BOLs, PODs, packing lists, inventory, and release documentation.
- Provide proactive customer support across North America and Europe, offering status updates and resolving service issues.
- Follow up with carriers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and vendors regarding ETAs, appointments, PODs, and accessorial charges.
- Support ocean freight operations by coordinating milestones, customs brokers, carriers, ports, and warehouses.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, including quotes, milestones, customer communications, and CRM workflows.
- Prepare operational data to support KPIs, business intelligence, AI initiatives, and automation projects.
- Document SOPs and collaborate with tech teams on process automation using tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
- Assist with pricing, lane analysis, carrier sourcing, profitability, and cost control.
- Support inside sales by identifying business opportunities and following up on customer quotes.
- Validate invoices, PODs, and charges with Accounting to ensure billing accuracy and protect margins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,700,000.00 - $5,000,000.00 per month
