Job Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Shopify themes to build visually appealing and user-friendly online storefronts.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal user experiences across all devices.
- Integrate third-party and internal APIs to enhance site functionality and maintain seamless operations.
- Collaborate with designers and other developers to translate project requirements into functional web elements.
- Optimize websites in compliance with SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end and back-end issues to ensure site reliability and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Shopify features and eCommerce trends to incorporate best practices.

Required Qualifications





- 2-3 years of experience for Intermediate level or 5+ years for Senior level in Shopify development.
- Proficiency in Liquid templating, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Solid understanding of eCommerce development and platform capabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English at an intermediate to fluent level.
- College degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master’s degree or higher in related disciplines.
- Experience with advanced Shopify features such as Shopify Plus.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages or frameworks related to front-end or back-end development.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Prior experience working in agile or scrum environments.
