Work location: 3142 Horizon Road, Suite 110, Rockwall, TX 75032
Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Travel: 25%25 to Dallas clinic each Wednesday (mileage reimbursement provided)

Here’s What You Need
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
CMA - Current Medical Assistant Certification (required)
New Grads Welcome with Completed Onsite Externship
1 year Medical Assistant experience (preferred)
ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire (preferred) or
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support Exception Quarterly 90 Days Upon Hire (required)
Successful completion of THPG Clinical Training (CT)



educational program with demonstrated competency in required skills-within 90 days of job entry (required)
Ability to perform EKGs, draw blood, and administer injections as needed by assigned clinic.
Ability to effectively communicate to staff and patients.
Demonstrated knowledge of examination, diagnostic and treatment room procedures.
Thorough knowledge of the meaning and use of medical terminology and abbreviations.
Demonstrated sound judgment and composure with the ability to take appropriate action in questionable or emergency situations.
Maintains a positive, caring attitude towards patients.
Good computer skills using a medical management application.
Possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.
