We are recruiting for a leading multinational company in the Oil & Gas industry.

Puerto Madero, Buenos Aires (CABA)

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)

Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial support to the Product Solutions Sales team across the Americas region.
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of customers, acting as the primary point of contact for both routine and non-routine commercial activities.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Accounts Receivable teams to address inquiries and escalations.
- Handle pricing disputes, account setup and maintenance, allocation adjustments, and other operational activities.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives within commercial processes.




- Prepare and analyze reports, support CRM tools, and participate in audits and business assessments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Customer service experience is highly valued.
- Advanced English (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and customer-oriented skills.
