Uber for Business is looking for a sharp, highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the CPG, Retail, and Heavy Industry verticals. This is a role for a "hunter" who can navigate the complex, often messy world of large-scale corporate logistics and turn ambiguity into growth. You won't just be selling a platform; you'll be reimagining how the largest companies in the region move their employees and goods-from late-night shift commutes to high-volume voucher campaigns for the automotive industry.

Working here means solving high-stakes problems in real-time. You'll need to balance short-term execution sprints with a long-term vision for whitespace accounts with over 5,000 employees. The pace is fast, and the expectations for ownership are higher. Success requires a blend of strategic thinking to break into new territories and the grit to push through long, multi-stakeholder contract negotiations.

What you'll do
- Own and exceed aggressive sales targets by creatively prospecting into Enterprise accounts with 5,000+ employees, identifying decision-makers, and uncovering hidden business drivers.
- Develop and execute robust territory and account plans to break into whitespace accounts, managing the end-to-end sales cycle from qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Listen deeply to customer pain points and craft winning narratives that align the Uber for Business value proposition with their specific operational needs.
- Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with high accuracy using Salesforce CRM, ensuring consistent activity and lead velocity.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Implementation leads to ensure every account launch is "A+" and delivers immediate value.
