Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and fueling revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting.

? What You'll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting efforts through
high-volume calling
, email, and automated sequences.
- Engage prospects and conduct qualification conversations to assess fit and interest.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach activity.
- Quickly develop relationships and represent the company professionally.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness and results.

- Demonstrated performance above peers through quota attainment, rankings, or KPI achievement.
- High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset.
- Ability to build trust and adapt messaging quickly.
- Preference for candidates with a stable work history.

⭐ Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Representative, or in outbound sales.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Comfortable working in environments with a
high call volume
and activity-driven performance metrics.
