Job Title: Service Dispatcher

Department: Customer Service

Working Hours (Eastern Time - EST/EDT):Monday-Friday. We offer a variety of standard shift options, which will be determined during the interview process based on team coverage needs and your availability. Typical shift assignments are 7:00am-4:00pm, 10:00am-7:00pm, or 4:00pm-10:00pm (TPA/Eastern).

Working Place: Remotely from your home for a US-based company

Salary: $800-$1200 / month based on interview results (paid weekly)

- We are looking for a Dispatcher, but this position can be combined with the assistant position, which will include more administrative tasks and may lead to a salary increase. Highlight your skills if you are good at Google Sheets, reporting, organizing, and other applicable skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Call & Clients Communication Management:
- Efficiently handle incoming calls, focusing on promptly scheduling new estimates and jobs for electrical technicians and accurately collecting all required information.
- Proactively address and resolve existing client inquiries, including updates on technician location, rescheduling needs, and addressing concerns or complaints.
