Position Summary
- Executes the end to end preparation, negotiation, and finalization of site contracts and investigator budgets within established SOPs, multilingual templates, fallback language, and approval matrices. Maintains complete and timely documentation in approved systems and collaborates with cross functional partners to support on time contract execution. Exercises decision authority on budget items up to the defined threshold per SOP; non standard terms, out of threshold items, and complex/legal risks are escalated to negotiation governance lead or management, as applicable.
