Role Description
The KAJABI App Administrator is a part-time, remote role responsible for managing and optimizing Kajabi-based platforms for VirtuPartner and its clients. Daily tasks include configuring Kajabi sites, maintaining course and membership products, setting up pipelines,



email campaigns, and landing pages, and ensuring a smooth user experience for learners and customers. The administrator will monitor performance metrics, troubleshoot technical issues, update content and automations, and coordinate with virtual assistants and client teams to implement new features or marketing initiatives. This role also involves documenting processes, improving workflows, and ensuring data integrity and consistent branding across all Kajabi assets.

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency with Kajabi (site setup, products, offers, pipelines, email sequences, automation, and analytics).
- Experience in managing digital courses, membership platforms, and online funnels, preferably in a virtual or outsourced environment.
- Solid technical aptitude, including basic HTML/CSS familiarity, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to integrate Kajabi with third-party tools.
