We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator to help take an already-built
AI SaaS product for mental health professionals
from early-stage adoption to a growing, revenue-producing business.

This is
not
a traditional project manager or marketing role.

We need someone who can work alongside a highly creative technical founder and
own what happens after the product is built
— execution, customer discovery, adoption, business development, partnerships, revenue and growth.

You should be someone who can:

• Turn ideas and products into executed business outcomes

• Identify the best customer and refine product-market fit

• Personally conduct outreach, demos and sales conversations

• Develop relationships with practices, organizations and potential partners

• Run customer pilots and turn feedback into action

• Identify why users adopt, don’t adopt or drop off

• Understand SaaS metrics: MRR, activation, conversion, retention and churn

• Coordinate product, marketing, customer success and other resources





• See what is missing and take ownership without waiting to be told what to do

Must have:

• Early-stage SaaS/startup experience

• B2B sales/business development experience

• Evidence of helping take a product from early stage → paying customers/revenue

• Exceptional execution and follow-through

• Excellent professional English

• Comfortable working directly with U.S. customers and founders

Health-tech, AI SaaS, product operations and partnership experience are strong advantages.
