A Snapshot of Your Day

As part of the Gas Services Technical Support team for Latin America, you will play a critical role in ensuring business continuity by providing advanced engineering support to field operations across the region. Your day will involve acting as an expert escalation point for complex technical issues, supporting field service engineers during outages and unit operation. You will analyze problems independently, develop maintenance and risk recommendations, and contribute to long-term product improvements through documentation and collaboration with engineering teams. The role combines deep technical problem-solving with strong teamwork and knowledge sharing.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as a tier-three escalation point for field service engineers, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to gas turbines, generators, and associated systems across Latin America.
- Manage and investigate difficult product and operational issues from initial identification through final resolution, coordinating closely with customers, field teams,



and internal engineering stakeholders.
- Provide technical recommendations for ongoing operations and planned outages, including maintenance strategies, risk assessments, and lifetime extension programs.
- Collaborate with engineering and R&D; teams to validate corrective actions, contribute technical insights, and support continuous improvement of current and future product generations.
- Analyze recurring technical issues to identify root causes and deliver structured feedback that supports product reliability and performance improvements.
- Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, service bulletins, inspection lists, diagnostic tools, and knowledge base content to improve troubleshooting efficiency and knowledge transfer to field teams.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aeronautical, Industrial or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
