A US-based digital marketing agency working exclusively with medical spas nationwide is hiring a full-funnel
Paid Ads Specialist
. This is a growth-partner agency that understands the aesthetics industry deeply, and they are not looking for a media buyer who optimizes in a vacuum. They want a marketer who owns the entire journey, from the first click all the way to someone booking their first treatment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own paid strategy for a portfolio of 30 to 40 medical spa clients, with the support of an Account Manager.
- Build and optimize Meta and Google campaigns daily, testing creative angles, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
- Write ad and landing page copy that converts, and fix funnels that aren't performing.




- Design email and SMS sequences that turn leads into booked appointments.
- Run weekly internal team meetings with a clear point of view on what to scale, pivot, or pause.
- Join client calls when performance needs strategic intervention, and spot upsell opportunities.

Requirements
- 3+ years of paid advertising experience, with expert-level Meta skills and strong Google Ads ability.
- Proven results tied to business outcomes (bookings and revenue), not vanity metrics.
- Strong copywriting for both ads and landing pages.
- A full-funnel mindset that connects ad spend to vigente practice revenue.
- Confidence on client calls, explaining strategy clearly and simply.
- A collaborative, creative-director approach when working with designers.

Nice to Have
- Experience in the medical aesthetics or beauty industry.
- Working knowledge of GoHighLevel.
- A habit of studying competitors and testing new approaches.
