The Role We are looking for an elite short-form video editor who understands that editing is about psychology, not just transitions. You will not be required to film any content; your sole focus is taking raw footage and making it undeniably compelling.

We do not make conventional, polished advertisements. Our content focuses on authentic storytelling, product R&D;, and real value. You will be responsible for structuring narratives that hold attention from the first frame to the last.

What You Will Do
- Transform raw footage into high-retention short-form content.
- Execute against strict hook checklists and pacing guidelines to optimize for watch time.
- Build narratives around product engineering and operations without making it feel like a standard ad.
- Analyze retention graphs and proactively adjust editing frameworks to improve performance.

What You Must Have




- A portfolio demonstrating high-retention, story-driven short-form content.
- Mastery of pacing, audio design, and visual hooks.
- The ability to work autonomously and elevate a creative brief.
- A deep understanding of organic engagement versus traditional advertising tropes.
