Responsibilities and Impact
- Lead strategic visual communications across diverse business divisions, developing creative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes and operational efficiencies
- Transform complex financial concepts into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, and experiential campaigns that resonate with general B2B audiences
- Conceptualize and execute original creative campaigns from ideation to completion, managing multiple high-priority projects while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences,



effectively synthesizing stakeholder feedback and building influential relationships across the organization
- Present creative concepts to senior leadership and key stakeholders, articulating strategic rationale and creative vision with confidence and clarity
- Mentor junior team members while staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously elevate the team's creative capabilities

What We’re Looking For
Basic Required Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of experience as an Art Director with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital, print, experiential, and video mediums
- Proven B2B or financial services experience with ability to translate complex business concepts into compelling visual narratives
- Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), design platforms such as Figma or Sketch, and familiarity with emerging AI design tools
