Doist is seeking a genuinely curious, self-driven Operations Coordinator to keep our supply chain and testing pipelines running seamlessly. You will own day-to-day communications with labs, manufacturers, and ingredient suppliers to ensure timelines align with product launches.
You will rigorously document vendor communications, lab results, and specs, and partner with Product and Operations teams to maintain accurate records and coordinated schedules in a fast-paced environment.
