and grow key customer relationships.
- Identify cross-selling, upselling, and repeat business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead customer meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer retention, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Manage complex commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
- Coach and support team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
