? We’re hiring: Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing

A-Teamwork is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing to lead and scale our Marketing department.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can bring structure, strategy, and growth to a fast-moving marketing operation.
The selected candidate will lead three key departments:
Media Buying
Content Creation
Web Development
You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately 12 people, improving workflows, defining priorities, ensuring quality execution, and aligning marketing efforts with business goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the Marketing department across paid media, content, creative production, and web development.
Manage priorities, timelines, workflows,



team responsibilities, and follow-up.
Oversee campaign execution, landing pages, websites, creatives, content, and growth initiatives.
Work closely with leadership, sales, operations, CSM, and client-facing teams.
Join client and stakeholder meetings when needed.
Improve internal processes, reporting, approvals, briefs, and communication.
Analyze performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Provide feedback, guidance, and leadership to a multidisciplinary team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Head of Marketing, Growth Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, or similar role.
Strong experience in Lead Generation, Performance Marketing, Pay Per Call, Pay Per Lead, Affiliate Marketing, or similar industries.
Experience working with the U.S. market is required.
Experience leading multidisciplinary marketing teams.
