- Own a portfolio of strategic Maestro accounts across the full campaign lifecycle, from kick-off through results
- Create, set up, and optimize campaigns and programmatic deals on Maestro
- Support and guide clients on activation strategies, audiences, curation, and advertising formats
- Monitor delivery and performance, troubleshoot discrepancies and technical issues, and optimize campaigns
- Report and present strategic campaign results, translating data into insights and recommendations
- Train and provide technical support to clients on Maestro
- Coordinate with the Supply team to maximize deal and campaign performance
- Work with Sales to identify uplift, renewal, and upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, and Support teams to tailor and develop client solutions

Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as an account manager, trader, or trafficker in digital advertising, ideally programmatic
- Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including SSP, DSP, deal types, and curation




- Experience setting up and managing programmatic deals or connections
- Technical ability to identify and implement tracks, tags, VAST, and VPAID; working knowledge of ad servers
- Strong client-facing skills, including building reports and presenting campaign results and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience working with brands or agencies based in LATAM/Mexico
- Familiarity with Tier 1 agency trading desk models is a strong plus
- Familiarity with DSP platforms such as DV360, Xandr, and Amazon DSP
- Strong analytical skills, Excel, reporting tools, and attention to detail
- Intermediate‑advanced English proficiency, essential for internal communication with general teams
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize across multiple accounts and tasks, and remain accountable for outcomes
