En TÜV Rheinland Argentina estaremos incorporando un Asistente administrativo para el Departamento de Servicios Industriales. Su principal tarea será administrar el control de viáticos y brindar apoyo general al equipo de coordinadores, entre otras responsabilidades.

Tareas:
Gestionar y controlar viáticos incluyendo la solicitud y la validación de comprobantes y facturas.

Gestionar la emisión de pasajes y la reserva de hospedajes.

Controlar el inventario de elementos de protección personal y gestionar su reposición.

Completar formularios para el registro de controles internos del área.

Requisitos:
Secundario completo.

Experiência en tareas administrativas similares con la descripción del puesto.

Manejo de herramientas informáticas.
