VitalHub Innovations Lab is looking for an experienced Product Owner to join our growing product team in Sri Lanka. This role is pivotal in shaping the direction and success of our healthcare software solutions by translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements and driving their successful execution. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, and clients to deliver innovative, high-quality products that create meaningful value for healthcare organizations. Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with strategic business objectives, customer needs, market opportunities, and product roadmaps.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and stakeholders to define product vision, release plans, priorities, and delivery objectives.
Gather,



analyze, and document business and product requirements from customers, internal stakeholders, market trends, and competitive insights, translating them into actionable product outcomes.
Drive product releases by ensuring requirements are well understood, dependencies are managed, risks are mitigated, and delivery remains on track.
Build strong relationships with customers and act as their advocate, ensuring their feedback and evolving needs are effectively reflected within the product roadmap.
Provide clear and timely updates on product progress, release status, priorities, risks, and key decisions to Product Managers and stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with Professional Services, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure successful adoption and delivery of product enhancements and releases.
