About the Role
Endless Access is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator, based in Latin America, to be the organizational engine behind our learning programs. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused coordination role. You will keep programs organized and on schedule, make sure the right information and materials are in the right place at the right time, and maintain clean and complete records from setup through closeout.

You will work closely with and support our Program Operations Specialist, and you will report to the Director of Learning Programs. Your focus is the coordination and administration that keeps everything moving: scheduling sessions and training, collecting and collating information from partners and learners, issuing access and credentials, and keeping the wider team current on where each program stands.
