Position Summary
- Executes the end to end preparation, negotiation, and finalization of site contracts and investigator budgets within established SOPs, multilingual templates, fallback language, and approval matrices.
- Maintains complete and timely documentation in approved systems and collaborates with cross functional partners to support on time contract execution.
- Exercises decision authority on budget items up to the defined threshold per SOP; non standard terms, out of threshold items, and complex/legal risks are escalated to negotiation governance lead or man
