Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain operations, inventory planning, procurement, logistics, and data analysis. The successful candidate will analyze supply chain data, identify operational trends, monitor performance, and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics data.
Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and product availability.
Track key supply chain performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist with demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization.
Analyze purchasing and supplier performance.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, operations, and other internal teams.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Identify supply chain inefficiencies and recommend improvement opportunities.
Monitor orders, shipments, delivery schedules, and potential delays.
Assist with supplier and vendor performance analysis.




Maintain accurate supply chain records and databases.
Support process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Perform other analytical and operational duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
0–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to analyze large amounts of information and present findings clearly.
Familiarity with ERP, inventory management, or supply chain software is a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
