We’re looking for talented AI Video Creators / Editors to join the video editing team at Leads Icon.
Work setup
100% remote
Monday to Friday
Full-time role

We’re especially interested in people who know how to use AI to create high-quality, attention-grabbing video content for digital advertising and performance marketing.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience with:
AI video generation and editing tools
Creating realistic or highly engaging AI-generated scenes
Combining AI-generated content with traditional video editing
Short-form advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
Testing different concepts, hooks and creative variations




Using AI to improve creative quality and production speed

Highly valued:
Experience automating creative or video production workflows
Experience working with AI-focused YouTube or TikTok channels
Ability to build scalable processes around AI content creation
Performance marketing experience

What matters most is strong creative judgment, proven AI video skills and the ability to use AI efficiently at scale.
