Job Summary





The primary purpose of the MFGE Technician is to leverage technical expertise and hands-on engineering and manufacturing experience towards 1) the development of processes and improvements for new products and 2) the sustainment and improvement of existing products. This position is divided into three classifications: Manufacturing Engineering Technician 1,2,3. The compensation pay band includes and is based on level of skills, knowledge, and experience.

Level 1 is an introductory level of MFGE status within Trust Automation, with the path for increased experience and autonomy under the supervision of the MFGE Manager, with peer mentoring by other MFGE personnel, and in collaboration with other departments within Operations and Engineering.

Level 2 is an intermediate level of MFGE status within Trust Automation, with increasing accountability and ability to operate independently. In comparison to Level 1, there is less direct supervi
