No Limit Email is a retention marketing agency for ecommerce and DTC brands. We build the email and SMS programs (in Klaviyo) that keep our clients' customers coming back.

The role
This is a highly organized, detail-first coordination role that keeps our client projects moving. You'll own the day-to-day flow: moving tasks forward once briefs are approved, chasing client approvals on designs and final emails, and keeping each project's roadmap up to date. It's admin-level project coordination, not strategy, so it's a great fit for someone who loves keeping people, tasks, and deadlines on track.

What you'll do
Move project tasks forward in our PM tool once briefs are approved
Get client sign-off on Figma designs and final emails, and keep approvals moving
Keep each client's project roadmap current and accurate
Track deadlines across multiple clients and flag anything at risk early
Keep communication clear and proactive with the internal team and clients

Must-have (non-negotiable)
Agency experience.



A digital marketing agency is idóneo, and a retention or email agency is best of all. Agency experience in another industry still counts, as long as it's an agency.

Plus at least one of these (on top of agency experience)
Hands-on Klaviyo experience (you can navigate it and check work). This is trainable, so it's a strong plus, not a dealbreaker on its own.
Ecommerce or DTC experience.

Nice to have
Experience with any project management tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, Trello, or similar). We use ClickUp, but it's easy to pick up, so any PM tool counts.

Above all
Strong organizational skills. This role depends on staying on top of tasks, approvals, and deadlines across several clients without dropping anything.
