We're a specialized marketing agency helping US service businesses grow through Google Ads and Google Local Services Ads. We work with roofers, remodelers, HVAC companies, plumbers, law firms, and medical practices. Our goal is to become the growth partner these businesses rely on to generate more qualified leads, booked appointments, and revenue. The Role

We're looking for a Google Ads Account Specialist who owns the performance of the accounts they run. You build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Local Services Ads campaigns for service businesses, and you're accountable for the results.

You track the main performance metrics and drive them in the right direction: cost per lead (CPL), cost per qualified lead, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

This is a campaign management and results role, not a client-facing one. Our client success team owns the relationship and the calls. You feed them the performance context and make the numbers move.

This is not an entry-level role.



We expect to go through your Google Ads results for service businesses in the US.

What You'll Own

→ Own results. You own CPL, cost per qualified lead, qualified lead volume, and ROAS across your accounts.
→ Own the accounts. Build and launch new campaigns from cold start through scale, and optimize them continuously.
→ Own tracking and landing pages. You will have an assistant under you for conversion tracking and landing page design. You must be able to direct them and ensure that everything is set up correctly.
→ Scale accounts. Increase daily budgets, add new campaigns (PMax, etc), and help clients grow profitably.
→ Document processes. Write down what works so we can repeat it across the team.
→ Feed the client success team clear updates, opportunities, and risks.
