Role Description The AI Implementation Strategist is a full-time, remote role responsible for guiding clients through the end-to-end process of adopting AI solutions. This role involves assessing client needs, analyzing existing workflows, and identifying opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, accuracy, or customer experience.

The strategist will translate business objectives into clear AI use cases, collaborate with technical teams on solution design, and develop implementation roadmaps, success criteria, and change management plans. Day-to-day work includes meeting with stakeholders, documenting requirements, mapping processes, coordinating pilots, monitoring performance, and iterating on strategies based on data and feedback. The role also includes creating client-facing materials,



enabling teams through training and best practices, and ensuring AI initiatives align with ethical standards, compliance requirements, and long-term organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Experience in AI strategy, technology consulting, or digital transformation, with the ability to translate business problems into AI use cases and implementation plans.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, and defining measurable success metrics for AI projects.
- Familiarity with core AI and data concepts (e.g., machine learning, large language models, data pipelines), and comfort collaborating with data scientists and engineers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain complex topics in clear, accessible language.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, coordinating pilots or proof-of-concept projects, and supporting change management and user adoption.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
- Understanding of ethical AI, privacy, and compliance considerations, with a commitment to responsible and inclusive technology practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline), or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in consulting, product strategy, operations, or enterprise software implementation is highly beneficial.
