The Opportunity As Chief Accountant, you will own end-to-end accounting for US clients — running the close, owning the general ledger, and delivering audit-ready US GAAP financials.

What You Will Own

- Own the full month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close for US clients
- Own the general ledger and the integrity of everything in it
- Prepare US GAAP financial statements and supporting workpapers
- Manage AP, AR, payroll accounting, fixed assets, and intercompany
- Review the work of junior accountants and raise the standard of the output
- Act as a day-to-day accounting contact for US clients and their CPA firms




- Drive process automation and workflow improvements across the close

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of accounting experience with recent ownership of a full close cycle
- Strong US GAAP expertise; ASC 606 revenue recognition a plus
- ERP experience (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com, or similar)
- CA / CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred
- Excellent business English — daily written and spoken contact with US teams
- Ability to work with US time zone overlap
