We are looking for a Collections Analyst to join our integral team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with clients and stakeholders to support cash collection activities, reduce aged debt, and contribute to the Firm’s financial performance in a collaborative international environment.

What will be your impact?

- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances through email and phone communication.
- Support initiatives to reduce aged debt and ensure timely payment collection.
- Monitor assigned accounts receivable portfolios, identifying overdue invoices and items requiring follow-up.
- Maintain accurate collection records, invoice status updates, and client communication notes.
- Collaborate closely with Business Partners, Finance teams, and other stakeholders to support collection efforts and resolve payment-related matters.
- Provide support across different activities within the Finance POD as business needs evolve.

What will help you succeed in this opportunity?





- University studies or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Trade, or related fields.
- Advanced or Bilingual English (mandatory).
- Portuguese language skills are considered a plus.
- Previous experience in Collections, Cash, Accounts Receivable, Finance or related areas.
- Experience working with financial or accounting systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Interest in leveraging AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent communication, organization, flexibility and time management skills.
