You will be working for our client, an online education provider that offers courses on topics like digital marketing, project management, and data science, taught by industry experts. They combine hands-on projects with forum moderator support so students gain real-world experience toward their career goals.

In your day-to-day, you will ??

- Support and represent the community by actively monitoring forums, listening to member feedback, and helping students stay on track with their courses
- Monitor student forums and craft responses to questions
- Monitor, track, and report on student feedback and reviews
- Respond to messages in the community forum in a timely manner

Skills you have ?

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail, critical thinker, and problem solver
- Fluent in English
- Communicates clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
- Able to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement recommendations
- Proactive and dynamic self-starter, knows when to handle things independently and when to ask for support
- Availability to overlap with EST for meetings

Skills that will make you stand out ?

- Experience with ticketing tools such as Zendesk, SOHO, or Salesforce Support
