About the Role

We are seeking a performance-driven Creative Strategist to build and lead our creative process across a growing e-commerce group. Working directly with the Head of Marketing, you will bridge customer insights, direct response marketing, and data analysis to conceptualize high-converting ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. This role owns creative research, angles, briefs, and testing direction—focusing on performance and ROI rather than traditional brand aesthetics or pure media buying.

Responsibilities

- Research & Angle Development: Analyze customer psychology, competitor ad libraries, reviews, and market trends to translate objections and buying triggers into winning ad concepts, hooks, and offers.

- Briefing & Creative Direction: Write clear, actionable creative briefs (scripts, storyboards, UGC concepts) and provide practical feedback to designers, video editors, copywriters, and creators.

- Performance Analysis & Testing: Collaborate with media buyers to track CPA, ROAS, and conversions; identify patterns in winning/losing assets; and build systematic creative testing roadmaps.

- Process & Framework Building: Maintain an organized backlog of creative tests and establish repeatable frameworks, standards, and feedback loops to scale creative production.

- Brand & Direct Response Balance: Protect brand positioning while aggressively driving direct response performance and customer acquisition.





Qualifications & Requirements

- Direct Response Mastery: Deep understanding of paid social creative, customer psychology, hooks, angles, and direct response marketing principles.

- Data & Analytical Thinking: Proven ability to analyze ad performance data and turn metrics into practical creative improvements.

- Execution & Communication: Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into precise execution briefs.

- Language Proficiency: Fluent written and spoken English ( C1 level mandatory)

Background & Experience

- Proven track record in E-commerce, DTC brands, performance marketing agencies, or paid social growth teams.
- Hands-on experience directing UGC, performance video ads, and multi-platform social creative.

- Experience collaborating closely with founders, media buyers, and multidisciplinary creative teams.

Tools & Work Style

- System Builder: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable building creative workflows and testing systems from scratch in a fast-paced environment.

- Feedback-Driven: Comfortable delivering and receiving clear, constructive feedback to continuously elevate output speed and quality.

- Platform Savvy: Intimately familiar with Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, social platforms, and performance analytics workflows.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base Package: Up to $25,000 USD/year (commensurate with experience and scope).
