What You'll Do

Own CRM strategy and execution for LATAM, focusing on Argentina. Build and manage lifecycle campaigns across all communication channels. Track retention, reactivation, and other metrics with BI, adjusting strategy based on data.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming, ideally across both casino and sportsbook verticals. Experience using WhatsApp as a primary CRM channel. Upper-intermediate level of English, with Spanish as a strong advantage.
