? What will you do on a daily basis?

In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening our relationships with clients and ensuring an agile, personalized, and high-quality experience at every point of contact.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Managing and providing personalized service to an assigned client portfolio.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities and recommending solutions that add value to clients.
- Re-engaging inactive clients through effective commercial strategies.
- Supporting clients throughout the claims process, facilitating documentation and communication.




- Recording and updating all relevant client information in the CRM.
- Participating in team meetings, sharing progress, insights, and learnings.

Requisitos

? What are we looking for?

- A strong customer-service mindset and a passion for building trusted, long-term relationships.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar customer-facing, account management, customer success, or commercial positions.
- Current university students and/or graduates in Marketing, International Trade, Insurance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English proficiency – you should feel comfortable holding conversations in English.
