We’re on the hunt for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our passionate team and support all things marketing and ecommerce.

About the Role:

As Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a hands-on role in executing our digital marketing strategy across socials, email, SMS, social media, and promotions. You’ll assist in planning, coordinating, and rolling out engaging campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to help bring product launches and sales to life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the execution of email marketing and SMS campaigns including writing copy, building campaigns, scheduling, and reporting performance
- Assist in social media scheduling, engagement, and content coordination across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Collaborate on product launches, seasonal promotions, and campaign strategies, website management ensuring deadlines and goals are met
- Coordinate creative assets and product messaging with the design team




- Monitor campaign performance and help with reporting on key metrics like open rates, click-through, ROI, etc.
- Stay on top of trends in ecommerce and digital marketing to help brainstorm fresh ideas
- Shopify Website management constantly enhancing and increasing user satisfaction and experience

What We’re Looking For:

- 1+ years experience in a marketing, ecommerce, or digital comms role
- A love for digital marketing and a genuine interest in beauty, lifestyle, or DTC ecommerce
- Strong writing and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Experience with email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo), social media tools and basic Canva or creative tools is a plus
- Highly organized, a fast learner, and able to juggle multiple projects
- Proactive, creative, and eager to grow with a supportive team
