About the RoleWe’re looking for a full-stack developer who’s excited about building new things and using AI to move faster. This is a remote-first, full-time role where you’ll work closely with our small, fast-moving team to expand our feature set and help improve the developer experience. You’ll be building end-to-end: from scoping features to shipping production code. You’ll have real ownership over the tech you build.

The project on which you’ll be working is an online evaluation platform working with large enterprises across LATAM. You’ll be mostly working on adding new, AI-first,



end-to-end features.

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficient with React/Typescript, PHP, MySQL, and AWS
- Comfortable and curious using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude Code) to assist your workflow
- Experience building and shipping SaaS products
- Strong communication skills in English
- Startup mindset: you’re self-directed and enjoy working in small, focused teams.

Bonus Points

- Curious to experiment and stay updated with the latest in LLMs and AI dev tools
- Entrepreneur mind with a few self-developed personal projects
- Have experience in working in remote teams

Salary Range: $2.5 - $3.5k/month depending on experience
