Contract Details: This is a 100% remote contractor position open to talent anywhere in LATAM. Your contract and engagement will be directly managed with In All Media.

? Project Overview In this role, you will join an agile FinTech engineering team dedicated to building, scaling, and maintaining high-quality enterprise web applications. You will collaborate closely with product management and cross-functional teams to deliver performant digital solutions, implement complex state management, modernize backend APIs, and elevate engineering standards through technical mentorship and peer code reviews.

? Key Responsibilities

- Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and React).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and design teams to define, architect, and deliver high-impact web features within an Agile workflow.
- Code Quality & Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous peer code reviews to ensure code quality, security standards, maintainability, and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide and mentor team members on business and technical concepts to improve overall engineering performance and delivery speed.




- Testing & Optimization: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, identify system bottlenecks, and ensure high application performance and responsiveness.

? Must-Have Skills

- Experience Level: 5+ years of hands-on professional experience as a Full Stack Web Developer working on enterprise web applications.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js), including complex state management and single-page applications (SPAs).
- Backend Proficiency: Strong experience with Node.js frameworks (such as Express.js or Hapi.js) and RESTful API architecture.
- Database Systems: Proficiency working with SQL and NoSQL database systems (MongoDB, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
- Testing & Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience writing unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Chai, or Cypress.
- UI Frameworks & Tooling: Working knowledge of modern UI frameworks (Tailwind, Material UI, Bootstrap) and version control systems (Git).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical work experience.

? Nice-to-Have Skills

- Preferred Tech Stack: Deep experience with React, Redux, Jest, Azure SQL, and MongoDB.
- Cloud Ecosystems: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Enterprise Architecture: Experience with SAP/BTP integrations.

? Time Zone & Collaboration This role requires a minimum overlap of 6 hours with US Central Time (CT) business hours during a standard 8-hour workday to collaborate effectively with distributed engineering teams.

? Language All interviews, technical documentation, daily team syncs, and operational communications will be conducted in English.
