The Role

Customers book a design consultation directly through our website.

You’re the person who shows up on that call.

You’ll listen to what they’re building, understand their space, and guide them toward the right fixtures — the right scale, finish, placement, and light.

Depending on the project, you’ll also prepare:

• Product selections

• Quotes and pricing

• CAD drawings

• 3D renders

Your job is to help customers see the finished space before they buy .

You’re equal parts designer and trusted advisor — turning an interested customer into a confident, high-value client.

What You’ll Actually Do

- Run booked design consultation calls with warm, inbound customers
- Guide product selection across our lighting and hardware catalogue
- Recommend scale, finishes, light temperature, placement, and combinations
- Build quotes and pricing for customer projects




- Follow up with clients and help move projects toward purchase
- Prepare CAD drawings and 3D renders when required
- Own the customer relationship from the first consultation through purchase
- Support interior designers, contractors, hospitality clients, and other trade professionals
- Share customer insights with our team — what people are asking for, what’s missing, and what opportunities you’re seeing

Who You Are

We’d love to meet you if:
- You’re an interior designer or have professional design training and a genuinely strong eye
- You can look at a room and understand what it needs
- You’re fluent in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Enscape, Revit, or similar

• You can produce clean drawings and convincing renders

• Your spoken and written English is excellent

• You’re confident, warm, and clear on live video calls

• You’re comfortable with sales targets and motivated by seeing the projects you design actually close

• You’re highly organised, responsive, and good at keeping projects moving

• You genuinely care about lighting, interiors, materials, and how a space feels

Bonus Points

- Spanish fluency
- Experience specifying or selling lighting, furniture, or premium home products




- Experience working with trade/B2B design clients
- Showroom experience
- Experience using AI tools for rendering, mood boards, or concept development

What This Role Is — And Isn’t

This is a design-led, customer-facing role that drives revenue .

> Every consultation is a warm, booked enquiry

> You’ll help customers make confident design decisions

> You’ll create drawings and renders that help bring projects to life

This is NOT cold outreach . And you won’t be managing full interior design projects from concept through installation.

Your focus is product selection, visualisation, consultation, and helping customers confidently move forward with their purchase.

The Details

Location: Fully remote — open to candidates across Latin America, including Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, and neighbouring markets

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST

Compensation: USD $10–12/hour based on experience + performance bonus tied to closed projects

Payment: Paid in USD (Weekly)

Tools: Shopify, our CRM and booking stack, plus your preferred design software

Growth: We’re expanding our trade and commercial business and opening a showroom. There is meaningful room to grow into a Senior Designer or Design Lead role as the team expands.
